Ethics
I offer readings on a variety of topics, but I do not read on health or legal matters as these kinds of questions are better suited towards professionals in those respective fields. I read based on your energy as the querent, and therefore only relay messages as they relate to you if your situation involves other people; I do not read on situations where you are the third party (ie: what is going on between Person A and Person B when you are Person C). There is no judgment on my end as your reader, and I approach each reading with openness and compassion. I deliver my messages with empathy and empowerment, but I make sure to share what messages come up and not just what you want to hear; please keep that in mind when booking.

Lateness & Rescheduling
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a live reading, your appointment will be cancelled. Time lost due to lateness will not be refunded and will not be added onto the end of the appointment. You can reschedule your live session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you reach out to me less than 24 hours before, I cannot guarantee that we can reschedule. I understand that things happen and emergencies occur, so I will try to work with you.
Cancellation
Payment for live readings is due at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session, or your session will be cancelled. You can cancel a live reading within 24 hours of purchase and an email reading within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be provided once a reading is delivered or performed.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to me and any personal information discussed during a reading will remain confidential. If you provide feedback (ie: testimonials, reviews) on a reading, I will keep your identity anonymous when I repost unless you decide otherwise.
